Role Responsibilities:- There are a few articles in the GEI (Guest Edited Issue/Special Issue)section that has some concerns. We have set a process wherein we notify the author/s through email regarding the concerns with their articles and they will be given an opportunity to respond. Finally, we process the retraction of the article.Creates ticket in JIRA applicationContacts authors about the issue of their articleTracks and file each responsesEvery time we connect to authors about the final decisionGives them reminder email. Once the due date is over, we will fill the handover form that goes to the RIG teamAfter RIG team gives approval for retraction, we close tickets

- We Operation Team work for two main phases. A) Pre-decision correspondence (file Jira tickets, contact authors, track and file responses).

- B) Post-decision correspondence (contact authors about the decision, track and file responses).

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: Any Bachelors / Masters

Technical Skill:- Publishing Knowledge (Journals Articles)
- JIRA knowledge for ticket creation
- MS Office
