Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the civil engineering aspects of various projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within scope, and to the highest standards. The Project Engineer will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of civil as well as interior aspects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Site Supervision and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities. Implement quality assurance measures and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements. Foster strong working relationships with external stakeholders. Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and costs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient resource utilization. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation. Prepare regular progress reports for clients and internal management. Other Responsibilities Assist with on-site management to ensure project success Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines Responsible for RFI and submittal process Processes owner billings and project-related accounting issues Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Engineer in civil and interior projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, Interior work, and materials. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 5+ Years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager Strong experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
