" Project Engineer "Company: CLAIRCOIndustry: Air Purification ( HVAC )Experience: 4+ yearsSalary: 6 LPA - 8 LPALocation: Delhi/NCRIndustry preferred: ( HVAC or Air Purification )About the role: The Delhi/NCR Project Engineer will report directly to the Co-founder & Operations head of the company. He/she will be the single point of contact for all Operations & Client relationship-related aspects for the Delhi/NCR region.Perks:

• Ensure smooth Client onboarding by coordinating with multiple stakeholders at Client site.

• Manage Vendors for filter, filter frames and Air Quality Monitors to ensure timely and high quality work.

• Manage a team of Operations Executives who are blue-collar staff involved in on ground installation and maintenance.

• Coordinate with hardware and software teams within Clairco for smooth Operations.

• Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed and create new

processes as per requirement.

• Ensure good professional relationships with clients and develop Clairco's

business within the client portfolio.Skills required:

• Smart, Resourceful, energetic and high ownership taking abilities

• Ability to manage a team blue collar/semi-blue collar employees

• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes for recurring issues and solving

them

• Ability to create standard processes & checklists which can be followed at scale

• Intermediate level knowledge of using Google Suite & MS Excel

• Good verbal and written communication

Mandatory Requirements:

• Local travel required - must have reliable transportation (self-owned vehicle

preferred)

• Should be open to travel to company headquarters in Bangalore for quarterly reviews, special events etc.

• Must be living in Delhi/NCR from a few years and experience working in that market.

• Must have Project Engineer work experience.

• Should have strong working knowledge in Ducting, AHU, FCU, VRV, VRF, Grille's &

Diffuser, Variable Air Volume system.Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of Operations experience working in fast-paced

startups/organizations

• B.E/B.Tech degree. MBA in Operations Management will be a bonus.
