Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarifications.
Manage contractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely completion of work.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project management standards.
Track project schedules, monitor progress, and highlight risks or delays.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material requisitions, and progress updates.
Handle site measurements, billing verification, and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
interior construction materials, methods, and finishes

Ability to read and interpret
architectural, civil, MEP drawings
.
Good project planning, site management, and vendor coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey construction projects.
