JOB ROLE: Construction Engineer- Mechanical Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Monitoring all activities related to Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, & Fire Protection works as per finalized design & drawings. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining Quality of Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, & Fire Protection work at site. Record accurate inspections carried out in line with the site documents \xc2\xb7 All Mechanical, Piping, HVAC and Fire Protection System works are carried out as per approved design & drawings. \xc2\xb7 Review and inspect the contractor capability in term of personnel, equipment and other conditions with regard to the contract / bid conditions and legal requirements. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring strict adherence of all safety protocols by all contractors related to Mechanical work /HVAC Work/Fire Protection System work. \xc2\xb7 Checking of all incoming material quality & quantity verification and maintaining a record of same and approve. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring issuance of all details and drawings duly stamped for execution of work to the Contractors / Vendors and Maintaining record \xc2\xb7 Ensuring all documents are maintained related to site Mechanical & Piping works / HVAC Works/Fire Protection System. \xc2\xb7 Review and comment on following System and that may required for the project and advise Project Manager to approve o GFC drawings / Piping drawing / Equipment GA Drawing / Equipment Layout / Fire Protection System Drawing /other drawing / specifications and any other documents in Mechanical and Piping. o GFC drawings / HVAC System / Piping drawing / Fire Protection System /Equipment GA Drawing / Equipment Layout / other drawing / specifications and any other documents in HVAC \xc2\xb7 Issue GFC / Shop Floor drawings and Documents to contractors and keep update record issued \xc2\xb7 Daily and Weekly Meeting with Contractors to review Daily and Weekly Progress at site. Competencies \xc2\xb7 Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering \xc2\xb7 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Project Management including a minimum of 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Construction Management Consulting environment and particularly in FMCG /Beverage Industries \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 6 years managing large scale projects or multiple smaller scale projects simultaneously and at different phases, and management of project teams. \xc2\xb7 Able to Review drawing / specifications / any other documents that may require for the project. \xc2\xb7 Able to Check measurement sheet and Bill submitted by contractor \xc2\xb7 Intermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes on occasion. \xc2\xb7 Advanced attention to detail, particularly in respect to contractual requirements. \xc2\xb7 Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear contractual letters, make presentations, chair meetings, make reports and meeting minutes that are clear and understandable. Basic working knowledge of software Excel AutoCAD & word. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9218,786.52 - \xe2\x82\xb9761,762.32 per year Benefits:
