Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination:
Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Design & Engineering Support:
Review and interpret HVAC system drawings, specifications, and technical data.
Support the selection of HVAC equipment (AHUs, chillers, ductwork, etc.).
Liaise with consultants and design teams to resolve technical issues.

Project Execution:
Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.|
Monitor project progress and report status to senior management.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution.

Cost Control & Documentation:
Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Quality & Compliance:
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards, OSHA safety regulations, and other relevant codes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?237,287.08 - ?1,278,763.32 per year
