Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and labourers.
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accurate calculations.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects

- Plan the work in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Prepare reports as required by the company.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- CAD and AutoCAD proficiency
- Steel calculations

- Conceptual skills
- Drafting
- Problem-solving
- Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil/structural engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
- Yearly bonus
- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
