We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Engineer - This role focuses on residential (home) interior and civil execution projects. The ideal candidate must be hands-on at site work, with a good understanding of materials, drawings, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
:-
Supervise day-to-day site execution of home interior/civil projects.- Coordinate with the design team, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.- Monitor project timelines, quality, and progress reporting.- Ensure execution aligns with technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.- Handle client queries related to site work when required.- Track and manage material usage and on-site inventory.- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.- Submit daily reports and updates to the project manager or senior team. Requirements:-
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.- Minimum 6 months of on-site execution experience (residential preferred).- Strong knowledge of site coordination, vendor management, and execution process.- Good understanding of drawings and interior materials. - Strong communication and team management skills.- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
