Detailed description:

• Understand and convey Customer’s design requirements and specifications to the PD team.
• Attend / coordinate all Customer meetings as required
• Primary point of contact for all technical program related matters.
• Establish and maintain a good and effective Customer relationship
• Develop a working knowledge of the product line and vehicle line to be able to support the customer needs.
• Coordination of part delivery.
• Coordination of system modules
• Support the Customer with vehicle level testing
• Engineering Interface

o Ensure closure of all Customer issues (AIMs, etc.) via their system in the time required. o Initiate VPRS for program / warranty issues. o Support Re flashing events
Qualification: BE (Automobile/ Mechanical / EE) Experience : 5 to 10 yrs in Automotive Electronics Domain with OEM customer Handling
