Product Engineer-Technical Lead, Sr. Staff -
Our Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) business is all about building next-generation intelligent in-chip sensors, hardware/software capabilities and analytics to integrate into technology products to manage and improve each semiconductor lifecycle stage. We offer the world\'s first full hardware IP, test, and end-to-end analytics to help customers integrate faster, optimize performance/power/area/schedule/yield, and enhance reliability. Meeting the unique challenges posed by various target applications, SLM enables differentiated products to market quickly with reduced risk.

& Requirements
The Product Engineering (PE) team oversees the technical aspects of project execution, integration, stakeholder engagement and risk management across the Hardware Development Group (HDG) organization.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and high-caliber Sr. Staff team member to be part of the HDG PE team. The ideal candidate will understand the strategic direction of HDG within the SLM business.
The person will perform this pivotal function to ensure technical delivery of the most cutting-edge technologies. The person will technically manage several hardware development IP projects from inception all the way to production release and ensures of highest quality and meeting development technical targets. In addition this person coordinates cross functional dependencies for ease of SOC integration.
Excellent communication skills are required to influence a wide range of audiences. The job may involve both internal and external negotiations with technical experts and stakeholders. The candidate will execute against the PE team\'s vision, mission, and goals.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Lead technical communication efforts between cross-functional teams across various disciplines
• Proactively identify technical challenge areas and risks requiring executive engagement
• Identify technical issues and roadblocks, and escalate with right level of details and priority
• Drive problem resolution through fact-based, conscious and quality decision making
• Leverage/create tools for \xe2\x80\x9cwhat-if\xe2\x80\x9d analysis.

Job Requirements

• BS/MS with 15+ years of related experience
• 10+ years prior PE and SOC integration experience.
• Experience w/ IP integration into physical design flows.
• Experience to bring projects from concept into full production
• Familiar w/ EDA flows and supporting files
• IC design engineering experience including FIN FET designs
• Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences.
• Energetic, results-driven individual
• Process oriented, results obsessed, and communicates clearly and concisely via multiple channels
• Comfortable communicating to audiences different management levels
• Ability to problem solve creatively to complete complex assignments
• Ability to lead other personnel by influence rather than position
• Networks with key technical contacts outside own area of expertise
• Experience in discussing technical matters w/ demanding internal and external customers.
• Experience to discuss, negotiate and close technical issues with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Critical, objective thinker offering new solutions or direction and encourages and motivates others to support new solution or direction

Preferred Skills:

• Analog design background
• Experience building and managing global teams.
