Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the quality assurance of NBA digital products across multipleplatforms with an emphasis on mobile applications, web and connected devices.

The Project Employee, DOC will track the delivery of various NBA and WNBA video assets on theseplatforms and escalate any issues through the proper channels during the postgame window whichtypically occurs overnight hours.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Full end-to-end tracking of Live-To-VOD process for all NBA video assets across suite ofNBA products
  • Conduct nightly tracking documentation highlighting delivery status of Live-To-VOD assets
  • Communicate with other operating groups, including real-time troubleshooting andescalation for delivery of Live-To-VOD assets
  • Monitor live NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K games across the suite of digitalproducts
  • Quality control of the NBA, WNBA and NBA G League digital products across a variety ofplatforms including web, mobile web, iOS, Android and connected devices
  • Generate reporting catered to new initiatives and features dedicated to supporting NBAteam integrated and locally accessed direct to consumer live and VOD streams
  • Execute incident management escalation procedures including issue intake, triage,mitigation and stakeholder management during the lifecycle of all issues impacting theNBA\'s owned and operated digital products
  • Utilize game operations tooling to assess the quality of premium VOD assets and performmanual overrides to help mitigate potential issues
  • Research new digital technologies to support new innovation opportunities for NBA,WNBA, NBA G League and 2K League Identify product and/or design flaws to beaddressed by the Product Development teams
  • Evaluation and reporting on non-NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K League digitalofferings from across the sporting landscape, both domestically and internationally
  • Assist with the production of actionable insights to support product and content decisions
  • Own of data-driven research projects for a variety of digital products
  • Create reports around key initiatives and overall product performance
  • Monitor message boards and social media outlets and report on fans positive/negative feedback relating to our products
Required Skills/Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience creating reports and presentations
  • Passion for delivering world-class online, mobile, and application experiences for sportsfans
  • Comfortable proposing new ideas among various internal stakeholders and business units,and collaborating with design, technical, programming, marketing, and sales teams
  • Willingness to work overnights and weekends
  • Experience with incident management and/or customer support tooling is preferred (e.g.Jira, ServiceNow, OpsGenie, ZenDesk, NewRelic, etc.)
  • Familiarity with all platforms, including web, mobile web, IOS, Android, game consoles andconnected TVs
  • Knowledge of and passion for basketball
  • Willingness to learn and master multiple digital products
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Good multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge of the current digital sports landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree required

Salary Range: [[981,000 - 1,962,000 INR]]
