About The Role Production Manager - Digital Delivery Center Location: Hyderabad, India About the Role: Our Market Development team is looking for Digital Delivery Center experienced professionals with VEEVA experience managing VEEVA CRM projects and having strong functional knowledge of the tools. One who will be assertive and very good in negotiation. Should excel in communication skills and managing expectations from customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Experience in Digital Space The role mainly consists of talking with cross-functional level people and ensuring correct requirements are gathered. Once done the candidate also has to take full ownership on these projects. Complete ownership of the project from project kick-off until final delivery. An expert level competency in requirement gathering catering to Digital Projects (websites, emails, eDetails, mobile apps etc). Knowledge on HTML, CSS styling, Java scripts are an added advantage. Planning and Management to Coordinate and help gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task Tracking of features and requirements for design and development; including translation of these requirements into live project documents, including site IA, wireframes and functional/creative briefs Maintenance of project documentation Quality and Reporting to ensure all delivery projects have detailed QA activities planned, implemented and reported Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. Role Requirements Essential Requirements: Graduate in related fields (MBA preferred) 4 - 8 years of proven experience in managing Digital/technology focused projects or driving key initiatives within the digital marketing specifically for Content management Systems. Experience working as a Project Manager / Technical Consultant / Project Lead in an IT organization company is most preferred. Good experience in managing delivery of projects across complex matrix & global environments. Digital experience/knowledge is a must. Communicates effectively at all levels, up and down. Able to work in high pressure environment & resolve issues. Can present key messages and analysis balancing right mix of detail and business sense in a conversational style during teleconferences with multiple customers.
