Team Lead - Production Management - Digital Delivery Center Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid About the Role: The Team Lead in Data Digital Center is accountable for functionally leading the Project / Production Managers of the Digital Delivery Centre and ensuring that the required services are delivered as per planned timelines, budgets, and design / specifications with perfect quality. Key Responsibilities: .Leading the team of DDC Project / Production Managers, that manages production of digital platforms like SharePoint, Drupal, Veeva- RTE/LPs, Creative Production (CP) etc. designed for marketing of Novartis Brands. .Work closely with the Group Lead (C&D HYD) in strategic expansion of service portfolio and Digital Delivery Centre footprint in Hyderabad and Mexico. .Managing and find opportunities to scale-up production, improve processes and enhance quality of output for DDC across the portfolio of C&D service lines. .Accountable for managing day-to-day operations of the DDC - Production Managers in Web, Channels (Veeva) and Creative Production space for a region, in timely completion of assigned projects, assigned financial targets, overall quality of web deliverables, customer satisfaction and net promoter score goals. .Delivery & Service Expansion: Be the service delivery escalation point for Brands (Internal customers), Customer Liaison team, Creative development team and other stakeholders for all issues related to Web/Channels/CP Projects ensure effective and efficient resolutions for the same. Ensure exemplary communication with all stakeholders and leadership with regular updates focusing on Projects, DDC accomplishments, KPIs, Best practices, Quality audits, and other Strategic updates. .Process & Innovation: Propose and implement LEAN methods or Technology solutions that would help reduce effort, improve turn-around-time, and enhance output quality. .Leadership, Team Management & Communication: Provide regular feedback to direct reports in order to help them improve their performance. Help create effective personal development plans for individual team members and support their skill enhancement growth through mentoring and training. Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements Essential Requirements: .Graduate in related fields (MBA preferred) .Overall 10+ years of industry experience with significant management expertise and record of accomplishment of operational excellence leading diverse global teams. .At least 5 years\' direct line management and team leadership experience with excellent people management skills, and demonstrated positive leadership. .At least 3 years\' experience in stakeholder management, and demonstrated assertive communication with strong collaboration attitude (within a multinational set up is preferred). At least 2 years\' exposure to either directly managing or supporting as a key contributor for Projects that were critical for business / process. .Good functional knowledge of Websites and CMS/CRM platforms in general. Functional knowledge in Veeva, Drupal, SharePoint, Epi Server, is an added advantage.
