Project Designer/ Interior Architect
1. Candidate at least possess at Degree/Advanced/Higher in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
2. Project timeline planning, work schedule coordination and supervision
3. Monitoring project progress, quality, safety & site management.
4. Experience on site for build up or renovation is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
1. Advise clients on Interior Design options.
2. Advise on building or site matters.
3. Analyse problem for opportunities.
4. Build Business relationship.
5. Conduct field work.
6. Estimate Budget for Interior Design.
7. Identify customers need.
8. Interpret technical requirement.
9. Measure interior space.
10. Project Management.
