About Company:Our client is a leading international multidisciplinary consulting firm that provides engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, and management services. Our client offers a wide range of services in various sectors, including transportation, infrastructure, water and environment, energy, healthcare, education, and urban development. Our client is known for its innovative solutions and high-quality designs.
An ideal candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate in B Arch,/ M Arch /B.A. Interior Architecture, B.sc Interior Architect, or any degree similar to the same with a min 4 years\' experience on commercial projects. Should have excellent knowledge of all aspects of architectural interior design, especially work on furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & Window treatment product selections and specifications. Should be able to provide a work sample / Portfolio in PDF format along with a resume.
Key Competencies:
1. Handling a design project from conceptualization to its completion.
2. Making plans, elevations, 2D interior working detail drawings, and service layouts.
3. Coordinates with all architects, engineers, vendors, clients, etc.
4. Must be dealing with international projects of the company based either in the USA, UK or UAE such as Mix use buildings (Comm + Residential), Institutional, stadiums, Hospitals, and Hotels with master planning.
5. Should be aware of International Codes.
