Skill & Qualification- Design

Proficiency: Strong understanding of design principles, processes, and relevant software (e.g., CAD, Revit).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, drawing tools, and presentation software.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.

Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve design-related issues.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Planning: Brainstorming and developing design concepts, layouts, and visual representations (sketches, CAD models) to meet client needs.

Collaboration and Communication: Working with clients, internal teams (e.g., architects, engineers), and external partners to gather requirements, clarify design goals, and ensure alignment.

Documentation and Management: Creating and maintaining project documentation, including plans, specifications, budgets, schedules, and reports.

Implementation and Oversight: Overseeing the implementation of the design, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that the final product meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Problem Solving: Addressing design-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle and finding solutions to challenges.

Presentation and Communication: Preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase design concepts and progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Project Designer: 5 years (Preferred)
