Roles and Responsibilities Assist the team with recording, follow ups and tracking of progress across all the ongoing projects. Conduct timely follow ups on design status, other requirements and information needed to proceed ahead on daily activities. Tracking of the information, progress and requisite documents for feasibility studies on all probable assets

Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors in Architecture + Post graduation in Project/Construction Management (NICMAR). Minimum 6 years from Hotel / Retail / Commercials/ Interiors. Knowledge of latest market trends in architectural design and technology High interpersonal skills, proficient in communication with excellent presentation skills Eye for detail, material specifications, cost knowhow Driving the project in line with the schedule/ timelines drawn out for a project Proficiency in AutoCAD Pro, Google Sketch Up, Revit, Basic Excel Documentation and administrative skills Communication and presentation skills Project management skills
