*****It\'s an Onsite Job opening- You are required to work in night shift from office***** Job Title: Project Management Specialist : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Basecamp, and Monday.com to streamline workflows, track progress, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, assign deadlines, and track progress
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management)
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Basecamp, and Monday.com
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus
