The Centre Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily centre operations, managing student/candidate activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between trainers, management, and external partners. This role ensures the centre runs efficiently and maintains compliance with organizational and government guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations Management
Manage daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and discipline.
Maintain centre infrastructure, equipment, and training environment.
Ensure availability of training materials, attendance sheets, assessments, and resources.
2. Candidate/Student Coordination
Manage student enrollment, registration, orientation, and batch formation.
Maintain attendance records, ID cards, and documentation.
Address student queries, concerns, and support needs.
3. Trainer & Staff Coordination
Coordinate schedules with trainers and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
Assist trainers with administrative requirements and resources.
Ensure training quality and adherence to curriculum standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain all required documentation as per company or government guidelines (e.g., BSDM, NSDC, PMKVY).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on centre performance.
Maintain records related to assessments, certifications, and placement tracking.
5. External Coordination (if required)
Coordinate with Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) or other skill development bodies for approvals, compliance, audits, and documentation.
Support inspections, audits, and monitoring visits.
Submit required reports or documentation to government portals.
6. Centre Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure the centre follows all SOPs, rules, and compliance guidelines.
Support the implementation of company policies and training standards.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline at the centre.
Required Skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and documentation tools
Ability to handle students/candidates professionally
Problem-solving and time-management skills
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1-4 years of experience in centre coordination, training centre operations, or skill development projects.
Experience with Bihar Development Government Skill Missions.
