Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of government-funded skill development projects (PMKVY, UPSDM, BSDM, etc.).
Plan and supervise candidate mobilization, counseling, and batch formation as per project guidelines.
Ensure training sessions are conducted on time, maintaining quality standards and attendance tracking.
Coordinate with certified trainers and ensure delivery as per SSC/NSDC-approved curriculum.
Maintain infrastructure and training center readiness as per scheme norms and compliance standards.
Liaise with Sector Skill Councils and assessment bodies for scheduling and conducting assessments.
Track certification status and assist candidates through the certification process post-assessment.
Collaborate with the placement team to ensure successful job placement and deployment of trained candidates.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Act as the single point of contact for audit, inspection, and coordination with government authorities.
