Job description: We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator- Intern. If you're passionate about Project operations learnings and editorial operations, this is your opportunity to grow with Start-Up.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with Program/Project Managers, Consolidate the informative data.
Ensures projects are coordinated to Training/Placement operations and guidelines within set budget parameters.
Reports on progress of coordination with Placement Agencies to Project Lead and flags key concerns.
Works within activity level pre-press spend defined by the Project Manager and reports this to appropriate stakeholders, project, and program teams
Identifies risks, issues, and creates mitigation plans, reporting back to Project Manager and Project Coordinator Leads for approval.
Coordination of projects, working with the following teams: Production Design, Production Control, Production Editorial, Quality Assurance and Asset Teams.
Follow project management methodology (documents, policies, governance) to Education guidelines, use Education project management tools, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management and process.
Manage the interdependencies between print and digital components, functional groups, and activities. Identify and analyze critical paths.
Works with Project Managers and Project Coordinator Leads to deliver Training projects.
