Visit project sites to understand the requirement and provide the most economical and environmentally friendly solutions for the same.
Meeting with consultants, contractors, and project management authorities (like government departments like PWD, NHAI, Railways and private players also.)
Providing techno-commercial offers to the clients, negotiating with the decision makers, finalizing the scope, and closing the deal.
Coordinating with the technical team to provide the best possible solutions to the client.
Lead generation for upcoming projects from the DPR stage with the consultants and government authorities.
Monitoring & collecting information updates of upcoming projects, scopes & competitors also.

Daily Progress report (DPR) of all sites

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
4+ years of proven experience in business development or technical sales in the construction/infrastructure industry
Strong understanding of geotechnical solutions and project life cycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
