Your responsibilities will include: Being engaged in the project controls function and proactively tracking as much of the project as possible in an accurate manner and then presenting that information in a clear, concise, and informative way. Supporting the reporting function. Establishing and maintaining the schedule baselines and ensuring project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance. Delivering intelligence and updates on change management. Reporting to stakeholders, internal and external. Working closely with the client, sub-consultants, and main contractors. Reviewing overall project status with the project management team and recommending corrective action where necessary. Providing risk management and reporting. Demonstrating a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and being able to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner. Evaluating and reporting on all scheduling, cost, and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the project. Supporting the duties of the designated project controls manager for the project. About you You will have a degree qualification in engineering (preferably civil). You have knowledge of planning and construction project controls principles and practices. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
