Should have executed project as Lead Engineer by carrying out the following activities independently :-

• Preparation/updation of Project Schedules consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Preparation/updation of progress 'S' curves for reporting progress to Client/Management
• Prepare and update deliverable schedules , critical activity report etc.
• Monitor and Control to meet the 'Project Management ' requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Recovery Plans etc.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Department/Discipline quality management system is followed taking into account any project specific special contractual requirements
• Should have experience in Offshore Platforms , Well Head Platforms, Living Quarters , Topside/Jackets, FPSO's, Subsea, Brownfield, Green Field , FEED/Detail Engineering.

Qualifications

Experience Level : 8 to 15 Years
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering

• Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of medium / large size projects in Process Industry in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery /Petrochemicals/ Fertilizers / Chemical Plant from 'Concept to Commissioning Stage'.
• Hands on experience in Primavera P6. Working knowledge of MS Project would be an added advantage. Expertise in MS Office
• Good Working knowledge of Design, Procurement Discipline deliverables and task work metrics and construction / field services work flow processess
• Working knowledge of resource loading in Primavera
• Should have the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Conversant with change management procedures / systems
• Should be able to lead and guide juniors
• Good communication skills - verbal and written so as to communicate with client and lead offices
• The persons working in consultancy organisation are preferred

Other Functions: (following experience would be added advantage)

• Knowledge of Professional Services Costing and Productivity Matrices
• Good Knowledge of Risk Management / Risk Analysis
• Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel
