Quality Management

  • Ensure awareness for quality focus in projects and in organization to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, implement and live Quality culture in Projects and at organization level - Implement the defined processes, initiate process improvements, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Perform process compliance audits, spot checks, and formulate reports to the level of compliance and/or implementation of QMS.
  • Work with delivery team to keep project teams aligned with process expectations and to meet the specified quality goals of the project.
  • Good analytical skills for collecting and studying the Quality & Process Metrics and report the findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and moderate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings, prepare RCA report and monitor effective and timely implementation of CAPA.
  • Experience in Defining Process for Practices & Delivery teams will be an advantage.
  • Support in implementing Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of management system by proactively identifying potential areas of improvement and suggesting feasible solutions; and drive it across the organization.
  • Understanding of Information Security practices aligned to ISO 27001 will be an added advantage.
Risk Management
  • Good understanding of Risk Management Body of Knowledge and frameworks such as ISO 31000
  • Proficient in qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the risk profile of a bid proposal.
  • Experience in independently and objectively managing Risk Reviews involving diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Manage records for the risk reviews.
  • Provide trainings for enabling implementation of risk management framework in the organization.

What you bring

  • At least 6-10 years working experience in Quality Assurance & Risk Management is required.
  • Excellent understanding of quality, knowledge management and risk management processes
  • Extensive experience on ISO, CMMI, Agile framework
  • Extensive knowledge of driving continuous improvement programs in organization.
  • Exposure to Project management skills
  • Understanding of Information Security practices aligned to ISO 27001 will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Macros will be an added advantage.
  • Good Reporting and presentation and analytics skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and Intercultural skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment.

ASC Quality & Risk Management provides the governance required to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery processes across all locations of Adoption Services center. This is an opportunity for the Quality Assurance Lead role, who is responsible for implementing, maintaining and executing the Quality Management System (QMS) framework and ensures the compliance to it. In addition, the Quality Assurance Lead identifies the quality improvement initiatives and works individually or jointly with various ASC stakeholders and delivery teams to support the Continuous Improvements, Knowledge Management & Risk Management areas.
