Business Consulting PI :

Our team of portfolio and program management professionals address our clients' complex program delivery in IT, transformation and capital infrastructure programs across matrixed environments and geographies. Our approach blends portfolio and program services skills with industry insight to deliver solutions that work for both the enterprise as a whole and distinct business functions.

We help clients reap benefit from investments and turn strategy into real, sustainable value. We help make clients' strategies, business cases and transformation.

The key fields of play are:

• Project Portfolio Management addresses the business challenges in bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
• Program Performance Center brings demonstrated management processes, deeply experienced practitioners and flexible cloud-based technology that provide our clients with end-to-end delivery excellence.
• Program Evaluation Center offers a comprehensive methodical framework to assess programs and PPM organizations against global prominent practice benchmarks and develop a road map for improvement.

Transformation Execution :

The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Qualification

Masters in Business Management/Administration from a reputed institute

Experience

• 5 Years of experience in Project Management and delivery. Out of this at-least 3 years should be supervisory role.
• Drawing on existing skills and experience to date person will work as part of a fast growing practice to deliver complex assignments. This could include experience like SOP preparation, process improvement, strategic planning, city planning etc)
• Should have good documentation and report writing skills
