Designation: Trainee Project & Commissioning Engineer Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. (FRESHER) Roles & responsibilities: Analyses project specifications, proposals requirements. Prepares technically correct, safe, cost & time effective discipline engineering analysis and solutions for approval : Design basis Process description PFD\xe2\x80\x99s and heat & material balance MSD and material selection philosophy Control Philosophy Process and Utility P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s Equipment & instrumentation Datasheet Preparation of Operational Manual Prepare RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s for Bought-out Items and selection of the same. Line Sizing/ Pump Hydraulics/ Heat and Mass transfer calculations Provides support to all project activities, from engineering to start-up, as required. Interfaces with other process engineering disciplines and design team(s). Review of P&ID, GA drawings, 2D Layout. Preparation of FAT protocol and execution of the same. Preparation of DQ,IQ,OQ Documents. May participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. Reports own activities within studies, projects &/or operations management. Guarantees the compliance of process engineering solutions with client requirements, industry standards, engineering processes and best practices. Coordinates process activities on proposals and project execution. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9240,000.00 - 9320,000.00 per year Benefits:
