Job Discription
- To interact with the highest echelons of trade bodies, chambers, institutions, SMEs and corporates to involve them with our trade initiatives.
- To source, collate, and update data for our key exhibitions and conferences.
- To co-ordinate with exhibitors and buyers for business matching activities.
- To source and engage with vendors, contractors and logistic companies.
- Should be fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
- Should be outgoing and customer-service oriented possessing inter-personal communication skills with an ability to interact with trade bodies and top management.
- To be responsible for Promotion and Media Plan / Vendor Management / Buyer Promotion/ Production & Logistics.
- Social Media skills would be an added advantage.
- Qualification: The candidate should at least be a graduate. Management graduates preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in operational and management functions from any industry.
