:- Project Associates Generating new project ideas in coordination with the project team. Project proposal drafting - Identifying the project areas and drafting the proposal accordingly. Identification of suitable Institutions/ Organizations - Listing out the details for liasoning to generate new funding agencies. Over the phone contact of identified institutions/ organizations - Further communications. Organising and scheduling meetings with the concerned officials of identified institutions/ organizations. Presentation of the Project Proposal in the institutions/ organizations (user fee/LSGB/CSR model). Coordinating project implementation with the nodal officer of the funding agency. Project-related liasoning and administrative works. Organising direct meetings/presentations with the concerned LSGB officials (Panchayat/ Corporations/ Municipalities/ Health Centres) across Kerala. Over-the-phone follow-up for LSGB Project implementation with the concerned contact person. Follow up Call and confirmation of projects for the next financial year and coordination of further procedures. Maintenance and coordination of daily Reports from the field. Maintaining daily financial transactions of respective projects. Addressing the inquiries received in connection with project development and implementation. Conducting menstrual hygiene awareness and other health/community awareness camps. Managing Project Research and development (P R&D) and Project Operations (POP) Dashboard. Coordinating with higher officials in the different phases of project development and operations.
