Role - Project Associate
Location: India-Remote or Bengaluru


You will be responsible for:

  • Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the project
  • Help project team to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with the requirement providers
  • Ensure the project is on track and delivery is on time
  • Closely track and update internal or client project management system
  • Develop and deliver progress reports and charts
  • Ensure the project team meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) both on quality and time
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • User Support, Trainings, New Requirement gathering, issue resolution of a Project Management tool



About you:
Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)
  • Around 1+ years of experience as a project associate
  • Experience of working in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, Excel and Power point.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is an added advantage
  • Education
  • Any Graduate
  • More than 1 year of work experience
