Roles and Responsibilities
Job Title Project Analyst Reports To Project or Program Manager Job Overview Key to the efficient and effective running of the project. The Project Analyst\'s role involves supporting the project / program manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing, and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, Issues, Risks and evaluating the overall project, So the project meets its timeline cost and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties Support the project / program manager with overseeing and coordinating projects Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and strategy. Conduct and present a feasibility analysis for proposed projects Collaborate with cross functional team of business analysts, developers, testers, end user, legal, finance to understand work progress and project bottlenecks. Facilitate requirement implementation sign off from end users. Analyze project data and producing insights to optimize performances Identify problems and shortfalls and offering solutions, Understanding Issues & Risks, and ability to document and present same Maintain current knowledge on legislation applicable to each project Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc. Create, compose, and edit written materials, Prepare, and maintain documentation versions Ability to identify, interpret and document long-term information system needs of a project. Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports

Job Title Project Analyst Maintain project contracts, SLAs, and financials Track, forecast, and information on project progress, including metrics and challenges Establish key performance indicators Monitor, evaluate & report project activities milestone and deliverables so the project meets its time, scope, and cost parameters Educational Qualifications Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field. Certification PMP (Project Management Professional) Preferred Work Experience Prior experience as a project analyst in a related field required Strong understanding in project management and data analysis Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project applications Experience working in a cross-cultural setting, preferable in a support role. Working knowledge of applicable laws and standards in the industry Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional research and reporting skills Daily weekly status reporting Experience in at least on from Banking/ Payments/ Insurance or Logistics domain Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Problem identification skills with a keen eye for details. Ability to foster cooperative work environment with cross functional team.
