Job Description

A Large Business House is looking to hire a Head Project Accounting New SPVs, EPC and Consolidation. Someone with approx. 16-20 years of hard-core experience in various SPVs including project accounting and capitalization, accounts consolidation, compliance of Indian Accounting Standards

Key Deliverables:

1. Managing complete accounting function of various SPVs including project accounting and capitalization

2. Preparation and finalization of the quarterly and annual FS of various SPVs

3. Timely closure of monthly books of accounts and timely recording of all transactions on monthly/qtrly basis of various SPVs

4. Monitoring and implementing accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulations

5. Completion of quarterly and annual FS audit and close coordination with statutory auditors for completion of audit of few SPVs

6. Support for consolidation of accounts of all SPVs at company & group level on quarterly and annual basis

7. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function.

8. Close coordination with Group Companies & functional Leaders etc. for various matters from time to time as required.

9. Complete compliance of accounting/project accounting and capitalization in SAP system

10. Maintaining Fixed Asset Register

Skills/Exp:

- Qualified CA preferably with ICWA degree having 16-20 years on experience

- Thorough knowledge of SAP/ERP

- Tech Savvy

- leadership skills & ability to manage team; Stakeholder engagement & peer coordination

- Strong in written and verbal communication skills; Smart presentation skills;

- Good team player

- Bias for action, Agile, go getter to work beyond defined role

- Excellent with - MS excel and power point
