Associate Manager - External Communication

A leading consulting firm is looking for AD - External Communication in Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Gurgaon/ Kochi.

Experience : 16 to 20yrs

Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Gurgaon/ Kochi.

CTC : 54lakhs

JD :

- 15+ years of experience required for Associate Director fitment from renowned organizations.

- Experience in media relations and corporate communications for large and complex organizations.

- Extensive experience in External Communication including but not limited to PR, Social Media, Branding, Digital Marketing, Campaigning, etc.

- Strong experience in content development, external communication and good relationships with Media, Generalists, and Stakeholders.

- Experience managing a seasoned team and liaising with senior leaders and global stakeholders.

- Highly structured communication, leadership capability and executive presence required.

- Total experience required: 16-20 years from following industries.

- Target Industries: Large Consulting Firms, ITES, Media, Corporate and Big4 Captive.

- Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders, contributing to integrated communications and marketing campaigns.

- The intellectual rigor and creativity to work with complex and sometimes technical subject matter.

- A thorough understanding of PR and media relations strategies, including experience of using social media as part of integrated communications campaigns.

- Proven ability to form strong and effective working relationships with journalists and other external influencers.

- A strong team player and lateral thinker, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently.
