Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xe2\x80\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

This role is critical to support the operational delivery of the Progression/JCCF (Barclays Job Catalogue & Competency Framework) product and service.

The role holder works closely with the Progression team on all aspects of operational delivery that is required to support the product and service.

The role\xe2\x80\x99s key accountabilities focus on supporting the Progression data loads; this includes testing, Progression data governance also including management of Progression data, including critical data elements defined by HR Chief Data Office and reporting and tracking of the Progression metrics which are critical to demonstrating the value of the Product. The role holder will also support continuous improvement of Progression processes, including updating process maps and supporting Progression service governance.

What will you be doing?

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Progression product and service, including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for gathering inputs for monthly data release cycles via Progression Managers, supporting required data validation as well as acceptance testing as part of the HR Technology processes;
o The Monthly cycle of headcount reporting / JCCF download
o Admin board process on an ad-hoc basis
  • Ensuring the established data governance framework is applied consistently across Progression data usage
  • Responsible for management of the Progression data quality checks for all Progression owned data elements, including critical data elements and the quality assurance of data input into the JCCF system
  • Responsible for the review of JCCF including placeholders and how we can remove as applicable, completed in conjunction with Progression Managers
  • Tracking and management of change requests and ensuring change process adhered to including appropriate escalations
In addition, the role will be support a selection of activities across Progression:
  • Process Management - Update and ensures JCCF Processes are documented to bank standards in Blueworks and are fit for purpose
  • Learning Content - Support logging and tracking of learning requests for Progression on behalf of the Job Families inc Demand portal
  • User Feedback - capture and monitor colleague feedback helping the team, supporting the Progression user testing strategy and helping to inform the focus of testing in conjunction with Learning Lab
  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day team administration activities
  • Support the Progression PM to ensure all Progression delivery activities on the plan is aligned and risks and dependencies identified and managed
Other responsibilities include:
  • OTF Framework management including templates
  • Access requests for shared drive, JCCF, MI reports etc.
  • Stakeholder and RAIDs log management
  • Launch support for Job families i.e. such as completion reporting
  • Records Management, in partnership with relevant supporting colleagues
  • Newsletter support across TD, where appropriate

  • Excellent PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Blueworks and Visio skills.
