Summary: We are looking for a Network Engineer with advanced expertise in wireless networking, Cisco Meraki, and routing/switching technologies. This role involves managing and optimizing enterprise wireless environments and ensuring robust network performance across LAN/WAN. Roles & Responsibilities: o Design and deploy enterprise-grade wireless LAN solutions using Cisco and Meraki o Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki environments (MR, MX, MS) o Perform RF planning, wireless heatmaps, and site surveys for optimal coverage o Manage and troubleshoot routing and switching infrastructure using Cisco IOS o Configure advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP) o Implement QoS, ACLs, and network segmentation for performance and security o Monitor network health, respond to outages, and provide root cause analysis o Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory Professional & Technical Skills o 9+ years of enterprise networking experience o Hands-on with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and AP deployments o Deep understanding of Cisco Meraki architecture, dashboard, and cloud-managed networking o Proficient in troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity and performance issues o Experience with network monitoring and performance tools o Familiarity with VoIP, multicast, and real-time traffic tuning on wireless networks Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Implementation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15-year full time education is required. Preferred Certifications: o CCNP Enterprise or CCIE (Wireless or R&S) o CMNA (Cisco Meraki Network Associate) or equivalent Meraki experience
