Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of project management practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with stakeholder management and engagement techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
