Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
