Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management software and tools. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management. - Ability to analyze project data and generate reports for stakeholders. - Familiarity with risk management practices and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
