Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive project success, adapting to challenges and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: o Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria. o Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively. o Oversee solution architecture, technical design, and integration with other enterprise systems. o Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, testers, and support teams. o Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. o Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments. o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. o Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting. Professional & Technical Skills: o 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365. o Proven track record of leading Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, CRM, or Lending solutions). o Strong understanding of Dynamics architecture, data models, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. o Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. o PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, etc.). o Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. o Experience of managing multi-location delivery teams. o Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI). o Knowledge of data migration strategies and legacy system integration. o Exposure to AI/ML or analytics integration within Dynamics. Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management. o This position is based at our Mumbai office. o A 15 years full time education is required.
