Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with project management software and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
