Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.




Partners with customers, application and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle technologies that address customer business problems.

Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. May work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through more customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Further builds business and technical acumen. Minimum qualifications include: 5 years experience with computer applications and tools required. Ability to travel 25% international and domestic. Preferred but not required qualifications include: Bachelor of Science-level university degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering from accredited university; and/or relevant 5 years technical experience. Expertise in system and application design; Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Needs analysis, positioning, and business justification; Solving technical problems with customers in technical environments. Responsibilities An Oracle Infrastructure Senior Consultant is expected to possess strong infrastructure and consulting skills and contribute to the infrastructure setup, installation, configuration and support. Responsibilities :

• Middleware environment administration (Install, configure, migrations, tuning, patching, administration & monitoring) on an Oracle middleware platform.
• Ensure the effective daily operation of the production / Middleware applications and provides administrative support for new implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams
• Identify and quickly escalate potential issues with solution design, packaged software, client resources, or anything else that impacts your ability to deliver according to expectations

Required Knowledge & skills:

• A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Infrastructure installation, configuration and support with emphasis on Fusion Middleware Infrastructure ( WebLogic, ODI, SOA, OSB, BPEL, BI)
• Web Servers, Load Balancers administration skills
• Working Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL
• Working knowledge of Linux Administration
• Experience administering Oracle SOA Suite, web center, OSB, documaker, OBIEE ,ODI is a plus
• SSL certificate management.
• Administer Oracle Traffic Director 11g and 12c
• Experience in provisioning and maintaining environments
• Strong knowledge of Unix and experience in shell scripting
• Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
• Strong consulting skills to work in a professional manner with customer IT and business users
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of Python, Chef, Ansible, is an advantage
• Exposure to WLST scripting is a plus
