Job Description
- Location : Dangs, Gujarat
- Education : Masters in Agriculture/ Horticulture and other related subjects
Experience: Substantial Experience in relevant field will be given preference, Female candidate will be given preference
Skills & Competencies required:
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, interested to work with rural tribal community,
- Basic understanding of Planning, Designing and Execution process of development intervention,
- Considerable knowledge about agriculture, backward and forward linkages, value chain and supply chain, marketing strategy etc.
- Basic Understanding of Data analysis and Report writings
Job Profile:
- Liaison with Donors and Agriculture Govt. Dept.
- Provide all required supports asked by team to implements the activity of agriculture themes.
- Provide Training and capacity building to the field staff.
- Productivity enhancement and crop diversification- experience on SRI, vegetable cultivation, and horticulture
- Market linkages for multiplier impact of agriculture-based production enhancement.
- Promotion and capacity building of farmers field schools
- Coordinate with Krishi Vigyan Kendra for technical assistance and innovations
- Procurement and budget analysis for implementation of program.
- Conduct demonstration studies and support the team in its replication and scalability.
- Data analysis and document the good case studies.
- Monitor the program progress and provide valuable suggestion to team.
- Conduct program impact studies and documents the impact.
