The Role Responsibilities
Job Role The Programme Manager, FC Professional Excellence, is a permanent role that requires strategic thinking, and appropriate knowledge and experience in FCC, the appropriate risk management thereof, FCC training process (CADDIE or similar), programme management and good communication skills. This position will be part of the Financial Crime Professional Excellence team, with responsibilities to deliver the strategy for FCC Training and Awareness. This position will uphold the requirements of the FCC Risk Policy and Standards, Policy Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Process Management, Reporting and Management Information. Strategy

  • Act as a Programme Manager for FCC Learning programmes and perform other supporting tasks for the FCC Learning Curriculum Manager.
  • Assist in preparing FCC learning content aligned to FCC taxonomies.
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Manager, Head of FC Professional Excellence, Group / Regional and other stakeholders, and the FCC Centre of Excellence teams in delivering the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic intent.
  • Work closely with the FCC SMEs and external parties and other stakeholders to manage FCC Risk content in various Learning initiatives.
Business This position will adhere to the FCC policy and standards, execute training, and drive awareness, and communicate FCC risk to leadership teams. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to
  • Manage the FCC Learning programmes.
  • Establish / support a roadmap for enterprise training and awareness.
  • Communicate FCC-related changes to laws, rules, regulations.
  • Provide insightful information to enable stakeholders.
Processes The major functional activities that this role includes Project Management
  • Assess FCC training needs across the organisation and propose a strategy to address identified gaps.
  • Manage project timelines including vendor management and invoicing.
  • Assist in building risk-based FCC training programs in consultation with the stakeholders, across products and FCC risks.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap of FCC curriculum across 2nd Line risk practitioners, including were agreed prior, tracking of participant assessments.
  • Assist in delivering targeted training and awareness programs to staff and internal stakeholders (Functions).
  • Set satisfaction measures, and self-direct improvement of satisfaction scores for repeat programmes.
Internal and External Awareness
  • Collaborate with business / function stakeholders to develop and support FCC awareness campaigns for internal and external audience; includes but not limited to content management of FC PE Bridge page, discover channels and SC website.
  • Maintain all core FCC-related documents, including policies / standards / processes on the SP / Bridge / discover.
  • Provide support in communicating new / revised guidances for policies and standards.
  • Support opportunities for external outreach.
Management Information
  • Collate and manage information to CFCC leadership and management teams to aid decision making and support.
People and Talent
  • Support FCC training programs to meet the training needs of CFCC.
  • Assist with refreshing training course content / materials to support closing of FCC capability gaps.
  • Assist in designing a training plan to ensure training programs are rolled out effectively, successfully, and timely.
  • Develop communications strategies and plans that deliver timely and relevant messages to the right stakeholders through appropriate activities and channels.
  • Participate in regulatory and supervisory meetings and consultations regarding training matters.
Risk Management
  • Deliver the defined aspects of the FCC Learning role to support the Group\'s FCC risk management approach and objectives.
  • Support the FCC learning agenda in accordance with the defined FCC Framework and associated Policy and Standards; and ensure that issues are identified, escalated, and addressed as appropriate.
  • Any other functions / support as required or delegated by the Head, Financial Crime Professional Excellence.
Governance Execute CADDIE Learning Governance, Frameworks and Models
  • Abide by the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s CADDIE Learning Framework to develop and deliver effective FCC training programs to meet the training needs of the business
Advise on Learning for FCC products
  • Evaluate products, services, geographies, and customer segments of the bank that might be vulnerable to FCC and regulatory risks
Manage FCC Regulatory Relationships
  • Participate in regulatory and supervisory meetings and consultations regarding training matters
Project / Change Management Communication
  • Define clear communication plans that outline the key communication for stakeholders, activities, channels, and frequencies - CORE.
  • Drive and manage project plans for learning initiatives including vendor management and invoicing.
Training Training Needs Assessment
  • Implement training needs assessment to address capability gaps - Advanced
Training Strategy
  • Develop regional FCC training content and strategy to support capability gaps - Advanced
  • Where required, work with vendors to design and develop e-learning, videos, and other online material
  • Training Plan: Define clear training plans that outline the key training activities, curriculum, timeline, stakeholders, milestones, and deliverables - CORE
Regulatory and Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Support the CFCC teams to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Economics, Law, Risk Management, Psychology and / or Business Management.
  • 5 years of experience in a training / communications / creative role in an international organisation is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of FCC, Compliance, banking operations, functions, processes, risks, threats, and internal controls.
  • Excellent written and communication skills; with expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, program management and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a complex multicultural and multi-time zone organization.
