Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multichannel programmatic campaigns (desktop, mobile, and video) while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues
- Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.
- Traffic all creatives into the platform and set up campaigns prior to the launch date
- Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytic tools
- Navigate through the internal system(Tableau) and third-party systems(Appsflyer) to complete monthly billing documentation
- Analyze campaign performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations
- Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI\'s
- Work cross-functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch, scale, and track high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns
- Determine areas of opportunity, design experiments & incrementality tests, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention by establishing best practices
- Measure, analyze, and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisions
- Stakeholder management across different countries and teams, striving to develop or further improve processes
Key Requirements:
- Atleast 5 -7 years experience in Paid performance marketing, atleast 2 years of experience in programmatic user acquisition is compulsory
- Advanced knowledge of Online Advertising platforms and Analytics tools for online channels (E.g. Google, Apple, Bing, Yahoo, Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer, etc)
- Knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking and the ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance
- Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution, and LTV
- Hands-on mentality with a big element of ownership, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills
- An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace is also a plus
- Verbal & written fluency in English, additional languages is a plus
