Experience Requirements:

• At least 8 years of most recent experience in program management, delivering large programs end-to-end and team management
• At least 8 years of most recent experience in Banking and Finance domain
• Skill Requirements:
• Experience in industry leading Commercial Product / Tools - Customization and Implementation is required. Preference for candidates with prior experience in implementation of Integrated Treasury Management Products.
• Experience in implementing large Data Migration programs is required
• Experience and appreciation of Technology Platform, Product Architecture and Deployment Architecture of products/solutions
• Strong in leadership skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
• Must have a high degree of initiative and flexibility with high customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills
• Experience in managing diverse stakeholders comprising of Business Clients, IT employees, Vendor personnel is preferred
• Experience in Agile Project and Program Management tools such as Jira, Program Dashboard tools.
  

Key Responsibilities for Position:

• Define the Treasury Management Solution implementation roadmap
• Define Key success factors for the program in quantitative terms and tracking the program performance. in Conjunction with the PMU Team
• Definition of work responsibilities and RACI of various impacted teams and definition of an agile governance mechanism
• Custodian of Program RAID Log to ensure program objectives are met and any blockers are resolved. Responsible for daily updates to RAID Log and reporting.
• Monitor the Fitment Gap Analysis with the product vendor. Track customization requirements and implementation roadmap with timeline.
• Create the overall program implementation plan with timelines and tracking the same on daily basis.
• Conduct periodic Audit / Reviews to ensure quality & performance of deliverables complies with the requirements in the RFP, with the internal standards and industry leading best practices
• Responsible for tracking timely development & deployment of solution across phases from Fit gap Analysis, Customization, Data Migration, Product Testing, Data Migration Testing, SIT, UAT, Pilot environment and Production.
• Optimal utilization of available resources in managing Schedule, Cost and Quality requirements of the program.
• Regular Stakeholder communication and Status reporting
• As part of the PMU, Signoff authority on successful completion of milestones based on pre-defined entry and exit criterion.
