Role/Job Title: Program Manager - Corporate Salary

Work Experience-: 5-10years

Business : Retail Banking

Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose:

The role entails formulation and management of an effective Campaigns Framework for the Corporate Salary Portfolio. It includes management of complete customer life cycle through effective customer engagement & deepening initiatives

Roles & Responsibilities

Key / Primary Responsibilities of the Role - List the primary deliverables

  • Ideating, designing, devising strategy and planning a campaign framework for the Corporate Salary Portfolio to achieve the business goal
  • Ensuring achievement of key Business Metrics across variables like Salary Credit Activation, Balance build up, Hygiene components
  • Liaising with various teams like Business Analytics, Product, HPE, Marketing, Compliance, IT, Third party vendors to plan & implement campaigns effectively
  • Reaching out to the correct target base by ensuring right segmentation & profiling of the customer
  • Selection of the most appropriate channel to communicate eg : Email, Mobile App, WhatsApp, Internet Banking or internal Corporate Salary team.
  • Analyzing past campaign performance and planning the future strategy in line with business goals
Secondary Responsibilities -
  • Engagement with internal stakeholders to achieve Business Goals
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities -
  • Analytical, Communication, Collaboration & Negotiation Skills. Candidates with prior experience in Campaigns will be preferred.
Key Success Metrics:
  • Salary Credit Activations, Balance Build Up, Channel Activation, Cross Sell and Hygiene Parameters
