• High visibility demanding job role will cater to:

• Engineering Technical Program Management of embedded core-platform software bundled as a part of Core BSP software and catering to Auto Industry
• PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seasoned Program Manager with a must embedded software/firmware experience, who can manage a portfolio of embedded CoreBSP software feature deliveries spread across multiple software products, for top tier auto OEMs/Tier1.

• These features be built/tested/delivered through teams spread across the geo \xe2\x80\x93 India, China, US & Canada.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, discuss involvement of business processes (e.g., program change management, communication), secure resources and drives/enables decisions necessary for on time delivery.
• Program Planning/Execution: Develops and manages the execution of the program Plan of Record (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope) for Embedded Software .

• Establishes key program metrics and manages team to take action to ensure program success when metrics deviate from Plan of Record.
• Closely working with different technology leads for planning and execution from pre-sil to final product delivery
• Risk Management: Drives teams to identify program issues/risks and work with them in developing the associated mitigation strategies.

• Minimum requirements -

• Master/Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
• 6~8+ years working with project management tools

• Project resource management
• Budget management and tracking project financials actuals vs. estimation.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 10+ years Program Management experience managing complex multi stakeholder embedded SW programs end to end

• Well versed in the Software development lifecycle of embedded software/firmware and associated nuances.
• Strong Risk Management Skills.
• Strong communication/presentation skills as this role demands a lot of interactions with Sr. Management and with Customers.
• Auto experience of ASPICE or Safety or Cyber Security be a plus.

Minimum Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• 3+ years of working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
