Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex software projects (e.g., Unifi Agent).
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and technical requirements.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity.
Understand architectural principles, software requirements, and solution design to guide teams and resolve technical challenges.
Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to ensure technical excellence and adherence to standards.
Process Orientation & Continuous Improvement
Design, implement, and optimize project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Standardize documentation, reporting, and communication practices across projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in software development or IT infrastructure.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-platform software projects (Windows/Linux, cloud/on-premise).
Technical proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., .NET Core, REST APIs, cloud services, CI/CD tools).
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or equivalent.
