Setting up quality improvement framework and programs from scratch . Defining and owning quality related goals like Ratings, CPU and Return Rate . Maintaining high bar on Customer experience and Seller experience . Working with WW and IN stakeholders to replicate best practices . Identifying and driving automation and HOTW projects. Prior Experience and skills . 3+ years experience in Program Management, preferably involving interaction with multiple stakeholders and leaders . Bachelor\'s degree required . Passion for e-commerce is required. . Basic Microsoft office and SQL knowledge is must . Should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity . Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. . Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage. . Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable. . Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
