The Program Manager will be responsible for Last Mile Payments function and will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders within Last Mile, Amazon Logistics and other Last Mile Partners. A key responsibility will be to deliver payments with high degree of accuracy, timeliness and controllership, besides supporting the growth in business. This role requires one to be a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. This role has regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across Amazon and requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Some of the key job functions of the Program Manager are: \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses a broad business and service partner payments background, and has the ability to \xe2\x80\x9croll up their sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d and jump in and drive resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes driving action items with teams outside of last mile payments space. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for publishing key metrics for payments and driving action items to meet payment team goals, feature adoption, on-time payments execution, and establishing new operational processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is expected to set and improve payment policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance, implementing best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take lead in resolving time sensitive payment issues by working with various tech/operational partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 This position will also act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expected to work on new country launches for FLEX and DSP program by working with Project manager, Tax team, Accounting and LMP tech to implement the new solutions.
